Beef

Lamb

Our animals do need reach whopping weights because they eat a clean grain free diet and we don't believe in bulking up our animals in such ways.

MOST of our animals have not received an antibiotic.. But considering we do have to keep cattle until two years old to have them weigh enough if they do catch a cold due to the winter we may have to give them an anti-biotic which has a detox period to leave the meat. But we will list on our product listing which cow has received an anti-biotic or not. We believe in full disclosure. Many farmers will state anti-biotic free but they have given them something to treat a cold. Disclosure requirements has many loop holes that most sellers use. We rather be completely upfront because your right to know how your meat was raised and treated is vital. There are no loop-holes when it comes to your right to a healthy choice.

We take their diet very serious... I mean very serious! We are what we eat and if I want to eat the best then so will my babies. As long as they are alive and with me they will have the best diet. At the end of the day, I love each and every one of my animals with all my heart and so they get more than just grass and hay.

We take pride in our animals. We raise them as babies and show them endless love and care and we ensure they have every thing they need plus more to be truly happy. They are grass fed, and raised also eating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables/herbs. We also provide them herbal water blends along with clean fresh water, they also get a selection of livestock safe wild flowers. We do not feed our livestock grain which we find gives our meat a sweeter and cleaner flavour. Our beef is not fat so you are truly paying for meat content not fat content.
